Livebridge Properties and Investment Limited, Abuja celebrated its 10th anniversary with an end-of-year awards ceremony in Abuja, recognising staff for their dedication and contributions.

Livebridge Properties and Investment Limited, Abuja a leading real estate company, held its highly anticipated 2024 end-of-year awards and celebration event in Abuja.

The grand occasion attracted several influential personalities from within and outside the Federal Capital Territory, showcasing the company’s growth, achievements, and commitment to excellence.

The 2024 event was a significant milestone for Livebridge Properties, celebrating a decade of impactful contributions to the real estate sector.

The ceremony recognised and rewarded outstanding staff members for their exceptional dedication and contributions, further solidifying the company’s reputation as a leader in the industry.

One of the event’s highlights was the awards ceremony, where various staff members were celebrated for their outstanding achievements. Felix Williams received the Exceptional Salesmanship Award, accompanied by a cash prize of 1million naira. Other awardees included Alice Ejembi, Daramola Oluwasen David, Nyabun Mathias, Ibrahim Sheriff, Odwen Beatrice, Ibrahim Haulat, Edimma Faith Umah, Chukwuka Richard Okolie and Mbanusi banusi Kelvin, who were recognised as top performers for 2024.

The CEO and Managing Director of the company Mr. Nwanire Obinna Flaker expressed his heartfelt gratitude during the event.

He thanked God Almighty for enabling the company to achieve such significant milestones and for gracing the event with success.

In his speech, Mr Obinna extended his appreciation to all attendees for honouring the invitation and for being part of the company’s journey. He remarked, “It is part of our culture as a company to celebrate the efforts of our hardworking staff who have consistently excelled in their roles. This occasion reflects our collective commitment to progress and making a positive impact on people’s lives.”

He added, “Reaching a decade as a company is no small feat. It is a testament to our dedication, resilience, and the grace of God. Our new office is a symbol of this growth and achievement, and we are filled with gratitude.”

Mr. Obinna applauded the entire team for their hard work and dedication, emphasising that the company’s success is the result of collective efforts. “What we are celebrating today is not just individual success but the growth, progress, and achievements we have attained as a team,” he stated. Mr Obinna also encouraged the staff and attendees to continue striving for greater accomplishments in the future.

The CEO also took a moment to appreciate the festive season, encouraging the gathering to embrace the spirit of Christmas by showing love and kindness to one another.

In addition to recognising the staff, Mr Obinna prayed for the attendees, wishing them success in their endeavours and a safe journey back to their destinations. He also extended warm wishes for a joyful Christmas season.

In a Spirit of joy and celebration, Dr. Joseph Ikon Adamu, a loyal customer of Livebridge Properties, shared his appreciation for the company’s genuine and customer-friendly approach. “Livebridge Properties has exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and commitment to excellence.
