Maikaba said that his primary goal is to bring the club  back to Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

He said that the club made him what he is today, adding that he had returned to  complete the unfinished business.

Earlier, Auwal Gotal chairman of Wikki Tourism, said  Maikaba was hired above other coaches  because of his  experience.

Gotel reiterated the management of the club’s readiness  to provide him  all the necessary support to achieve his goals.

“We contract him on three terms, short term, midterm, and long term.

“The short-term goal is to return the club to the  NPFL, the midterm is to win the league, and the long-term goal is to win the continental trophy,”he said.

On his part, Mr Pascal Patrick, the  Chairman, Bauchi Football Association,  urged the new head coach to recruit quality  players to achieve the club’s objective.

He urged  the supporters of the club to behave responsibly during matches in order to avoid sanctions.(NAN
