In a recent media segment titled “Challenges and Progress in the Inauguration of NOK University Kachia,” certain claims have surfaced regarding the university’s immediate establishment.

However, a close source affiliated with the university’s administration has vehemently dismissed these assertions as unfounded and misleading.

According to the reliable insider, the alleged protagonist of these claims, “Michael Ayuba Auta,” has been identified neither as a significant stakeholder nor as a partner, as purported by the aforementioned media piece.

The integrity of Nok University’s ownership remains unblemished and unchallenged. Any insinuation suggesting otherwise is baseless and without merit.

Mr. Auta, previously regarded as a job seeker, approached Nok University seeking employment, using connections within the community.

Despite his initial intentions, his failure to fulfil contractual obligations, particularly in the construction of internal roads, has hindered the university’s operational readiness.

Contrary to claims of shareholding, Mr. Auta’s unresolved debts have impeded critical infrastructural developments, contributing to the delay in the university’s commencement.

Chief Anthony Hassan, a revered figure within the community, refrains from engaging in disputes with individuals like Mr. Auta.

His honourable stature exemplifies the values upheld by Nok University.

The inability to rectify internal road constructions jeopardizes the National Universities Commission’s endorsement for course commencements.

This delay adversely affects aspiring students, particularly those from southern Kaduna, hindering their educational pursuits.

The impending unveiling of truth promises clarity on the rightful ownership of Nok University, dispelling misconceptions and restoring confidence in its future endeavors.
