Gov. Oborevwori felicitates Ex-minister Bozimo at 85

Gov. Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta on Sunday felicitated elder statesman and former Minister of Police Affairs, Alaowei Broderick Bozimo, as he clocks 85.

The governor’s felicitation is contained in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba.

He lauded the renowned lawyer and political leader for his contributions to the development and growth of Delta.
He said that Bozimo has continued to play significant roles in the development of the state as a member of the State’s Advisory and Peace Building Council.

He specifically lauded the former minister for his steadfastness in providing leadership for the Ijaw nation and committing to the success of his administration.

The governor said he would continue to treasure Bozimo’s counseling at all times.

“On behalf of my family, the government and people of Delta, I congratulate our father and leader of inestimable value, Alaowei Broderick Bozimo, on the occasion of his 85th birthday anniversary.

“It is my pleasure to join your family, friends and well-wishers in thanking Almighty God for His continued guidance, protection and provision for you in the past 85 years.

“It is my prayer that divine light would continue to shine on you as you soldier on in your quest to provide amazing service to humanity and nation-building,” Oborevwori said. (NAN) (www.nannews.ng).
