Chijeoke Ndubuisi’s report to Lugbe Police Station on Jan. 5 initiates legal action against Adingedi.

From October 2023 onwards, Adingedi’s purported ownership of the stolen pigs leads to an estimated loss of N1.4 million for Ndubuisi.

Adingedi’s attempt to masquerade as the rightful owner crumbles under police scrutiny, raising questions about his involvement.

Adingedi faces accusations under sections 287 and 327 of the Penal Code, challenging the court to determine the extent of his alleged theft.

Adingedi maintains innocence in the face of charges, setting the stage for a legal battle to prove his side of the story.

Judge Aliyu Kagarko grants Adingedi bail, setting conditions including a N2 million bond and a level 10 civil servant as a surety residing within the court’s jurisdiction.

The legal saga unfolds as the court schedules the next hearing for January 31, promising further insights into the alleged pig pilferage.

This meticulously crafted narrative, encapsulating the twists and turns of Adingedi’s legal predicament, aims to not only inform but captivate readers with its unique structure and linguistic finesse.
