Nasarawa election tribunal, in a split decision, invalidated Governor Sule’s election, proclaiming David Ombugadu from the People’s Democratic Party as the rightful winner of the March 18 election.

A notice regarding the hearing in the suit “Between Sule Audu Alhaji VS Dr Emmanuel David Ombugadu & 3 ors Appeal NO CA/ MK/EP/GOV/NS/30/2023” reveals that the proceedings will take place on 15/11/2023 at the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, commencing at 9:00 am.

This sets the stage for a crucial legal showdown that could reshape the state’s political future.
