The Court of Appeal in Lagos has finally buried the hope of those calling for review of its Saturdays Judgement sacking Senator Darlington Nwokocha of the Labour Party from the Senate.

The Registrar of the Court on Tuesday handed over the CTC copies of the Judgement and all Consequential orders to Col Austin Akobundu which is binding on all the respondents.
