In the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling in favour of President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, Hon Vrati S Nzonzo appeals to Atiku and Obi to set aside their political differences and work together with President Tinubu for the progress of Nigeria.

Nzonzo, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a vital stakeholder in Adamawa, expressed his thoughts in an interview following the court’s judgment in Abuja.

He emphasized the need for Atiku and Obi to put aside their political disputes now that the legal battles have concluded.

While extending his congratulations to President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Senator Kashim Shetima, Hon Nzonzo commended the APC for its success under the capable leadership of Abdullahi Ganduje.

He viewed Tinubu’s victory at the Supreme Court as a reaffirmation of principles of fairness and justice.

Nzonzo praised Tinubu’s victory in the presidential election as credible and undisputed, highlighting it as a clear indication of the people’s choice of leader.

He emphasized the importance of an inclusive government and urged President Tinubu to reach out to his political rivals, fostering unity among all.

Nzonzo passionately appealed to both Atiku and Obi to join hands with the President in the crucial task of governing Nigeria, aiming to eliminate any potential distractions.

He stressed the significance of magnanimity in both victory and defeat, celebrating the fact that the candidates of the PDP and LP had turned to the courts to ensure the integrity of the election.

“It is for the sustenance and development of democracy,” Nzonzo remarked.

“Let us unite to build a Nigeria of our dreams, a nation that future generations will be proud of.”

Nzonzo praised President Tinubu for his steadfast focus on governance during the prolonged court case, noting that he continued to lead the country in an unprecedented and quiet manner.

He urged the President to prioritize the development, security, and prosperity of Nigeria above all else.

Nzonzo encouraged President Tinubu to use his victory as an opportunity to heal the divisions in the country and work towards a more prosperous and inclusive Nigeria, benefiting all its citizens.
