Move to strengthen communication and foster transparency within the Nigeria Police Force, the Inspector General of Police, Ag. IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, NPM, Ph.D., has given his nod to the appointment of dedicated Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) in specific Commands and Formations.

These strategic appointments aim to facilitate improved dialogue, enhance transparency, and promote community engagement in their respective jurisdictions.

They have been meticulously chosen based on their professional aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and unwavering dedication to nurturing positive relations between law enforcement and the public.

DSP Chukwukadibia O. Omojola takes on the role of PPRO for the Railway Command. His appointment marks a significant step towards improving communication and engagement in this vital sector.

ASP Mansir Hassanto’s appointment as PPRO for the Kaduna State Command signifies a renewed commitment to fostering strong community relations in the region.

ASP Nahum Daso Kenneth assumes the position of PPRO for the Borno State Command, playing a pivotal role in bridging the gap between law enforcement and the local communities.

ASP Mayegun Aminat Oluwakemi’s appointment as PPRO for the Force Criminal Investigations Annex in Lagos highlights the force’s dedication to transparency and communication in critical investigative matters.

These newly appointed PPROs are set to play a central role in building trust and fostering positive relations between the Nigeria Police Force and the communities they serve.
