Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, the Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), conveys his deepest sympathies to former President of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan, on the loss of his beloved mother, Hajiya Halima.

Hajiya Halima was not only a mother but also a woman of great integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
