Having had large wealth of experiences both from the private and the public service, no doubt alot of potentials garnered over the years will translate to positive development in the Ministry.

Young, intelligent , exposed and proactive, Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim will leverage on her resume and physical determination to approach and rejig the police affairs ministry in all ramifications.

A fellow of Nigeria Security Institute (FSI), of Nigeria Institute of Security Service NISS, her ascension had coincided with the period Nigerian Security architecture is desiring restructuring, rehabilitation and major reforms.

The high caliber training and development garnered over the years will form a synergy with the her counterpart, Alhaji Ibrahim Geidam to push the needed efforts to salvage the Nigerian Police Force NPF.

With the robust background and knowledge, it is pertinent that imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim will not leave any stone unturned, towards repositioning the police affairs ministry and the entire Nigeria Police Force.

Her exposure to the international best practices will be replicated in the country, were the police is seen not as a threat, but a savior and protector of lives and properties.

Imaan will ensure professionalism and welfare of officers and men as well as staffers of the ministry was prioritized in all areas.

Having been tested and trusted with his major experiences at the leadership of two major agencies of government, The NAPTIP and NCFRMI with distinct records, no doubt she will be alive to her responsibility as a cabinet Minister in the current dispensation.

Since she had displayed in consonance with the general believe of “what a man can do , a woman can do better” with the practical experience, it is crystal clear that the new Minister of State Police Affairs, Hajiya Imaan-Suleiman Ibrahim will perform outstandingly.

With Imaan, the era of indolence, laziness, corruption, truancy among many other anomalies will become a thing of the past in the new dispensation.

Her desire to see a new establishment with welfare and development of the officers and men at top priority, has come under her stewardship.
