Angel Smith, the reality TV star, has claimed that her estranged partner Tumininu seized her passport and personal belongings amid an escalating dispute over money and infidelity allegations.

The two ladies got married in an intimate white wedding ceremony in the United States in March.

The controversy began after Tumininu shared a photo of Angel’s engagement ring on social media with the caption: “If you need ring, holla.” She also posted another image of herself cuddling a different woman.

Tumininu then accused Angel of cheating on her with a woman she allegedly met on a dating app. Since then, both parties have traded several claims and counter-allegations.

Earlier in the dispute, Tumininu demanded the return of money she claimed Angel kept in her account during their relationship.

“My requests going forward are: The return of my $40,000 kept in her means. She requested for $8000 for emotional damagel have agreed. Completion and signing of annulment paperwork so we can be legally separated,” she wrote.

The latest development involves a purported call in which Angel claimed that Tumininu was holding her passport hostage over the alleged debt.

She said she is waiting for the bankers to resolve the issue before returning the money, insisting she never said she would not repay it.

“I will not apply more pressure on the bankers, so I will wait until they sort it out. She has my passport and just wants to harass me. She took my passport, my clothes, and my bags,” she said.

“I have every right to report her to the police for holding my passport. She called about 10 police officers on me, and at the time I had two of my friends with me—it could have gone bad. I never said I would not give her her money.”

However, in another chat shared via Snapchat, Tumininu dismissed claims that she seized Angel’s passport.

She posted a copy of the passport’s data page after Angel allegedly requested it to book a flight back to Nigeria.

She also said Angel could come for her belongings when she is home.

“I never seized your passport when Soji was on call you said you will get it when you come next,” she wrote.
