Speaking when they visited the Independent Campaign Council (ICC) of the APC, the Director –General of the organization, Dr Kailani Muhammad said the victory came as a result of the doggedness of their National, Zonal, State Coordinators and the entire members of the APC family.

Kailani who punctured the allegations by the opposition parties that the elections were flawed, said that the President -elect toured all parts of the country to garner the votes.

“But those crying wolf where there is none, have approached the courts and even taken to the streets of Abuja, the Federal Capital City, two days ago in protest against the election results as an addendum. They have challenged the Independent National Electoral Commission to give them the result sheets, which the electoral umpire is ready and willing to do. At the end of it all, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will still retain his Presidency because the masses are with him,” Kailani said.

Kailani urged the Director General of the Independent Campaign Council to carry members of AASG along when it comes to the benefits of democracy in the forthcoming dispensation.

“We also have our blueprint which we shall give to the President-elect. The blueprint is in areas that we know need urgent attention for empowerment of the downtrodden and the socio- economic development of our country.

Kailani, who said his group is made up of about 15, 000 support groups nationwide, appealed to the opposition parties especially the Labour Party and the PDP to join Tinubu’s proposed government of National Unity.
