Ramadan: Jema’a Chairmanship Aspirant felicitates With Muslims

The Jema’a local government Chairmanship aspirant, Bar. Ezekiel Dyagas, under the ruling Party, APC, has felicitated with the Nigerian Muslim ummah, for the commencement of Ramadan fast, and charged the faithfuls to pray fervently in the spirit of the holy month for return of peace and greater unity in the country.

In his Ramadan message signed and issued to Journalists in Kaduna on Wednesday, he tasked Islamic scholars to abide by the guidelines on sermon, and urged Muslims to engage in acts that would earn them abundant rewards from Allah.

” I am calling on the Nigerian Muslim faithfuls to utilise properly the spirit of Ramadan to show love and extends gestures that will alleviate the suffering of the downtrodden.

He further called on Muslims to forge greater unity within them and with adherents of other faiths in Jema’a local government in accordance with lessons of the holy month.

“Let us seize this divine mercy through worship and prayer for Allah to bring the present spate of insecurity in our land to an end. Ramadan is a period of enormous divine grace and salvation, it is therefore a time for us to pray for Allah’s mercy in bringing lasting peace and harmony to Kaduna state and Nigeria at large.” Dyagas urges.
