Ninzom Community Development Association Postpones Election

The election time table of the Ninzo Community Development Association, (NCDA to fill all the elective positions of the Association has been extended by three months.

This resolution followed a crucial stakeholders meeting organised by the interim leadership of NCDA and members of the electoral committee held at Fadan – Ninzo in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

In a statement issued by the Interim National Publicity Secretary of the Forum, Gambo Santos Sanga and signed by the Interim National President, Col David King Anto (Rtd) says the decision to shift ground on the proposed election was in view of the global pandemic, COVID-19 and to also allow for a credible and justifiable election capable of projecting Ninzo Chiefdom to the next level.

According to the statement, the sales of nomination forms now closes on the twenty eight of February(28/2/2021) and the submission of completed forms by candidates is to end on the fifteenth of March(15/3/2021), while election is to hold on the third of April, 2021.(3/4/2021).

Col David king Anto enjoined all illustrious sons and daughters of Ninzo land home and in diaspora to avail themselves by participating fully before, during and after the election to guarantee lasting peace and development in the area and Kaduna State in general.

Col DK Anto equally appealed to NINZO people home and away to continue to live in peace with one another as well as respect constituted authorities for societal growth.
