Youth Groups in Kaura local government area of Kaduna state have lauded the Rapid Response of the security personnel on the area which led to the apprehension of five people in Zangang removing roofs from buildings in the area.
The youths in a joint press release under the auspices of Kaura Youth Coalition and the Takad Youth Association, signed by Comrade Derek Christopher and Comrade Abin Moses, respectively alleged that those arrested have a hand in the carnage in the area.
They called for a thorough investigation into their involvement, with the aim of apprehending their sponsors for justice.
The youth groups also renewed their appeal to the state government to as a matter of necessity, established a military base between Kaura and Ryom local government areas to check the inflow of criminal elements.
They also tasked their elected representatives to rise up to the challenge.
It could be recalled that Zangan village, the neighboring community of Kaduna and Plateau states have in the past experienced lingering attacks in the area which led to the lost of lives and properties.
