Ahead of the June 5th, 2021 election in the 23 local government area of Kaduna State, a chairmanship aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Kaura local government Area has obtained his Expression of Interest and Nomination form.
Hon. Sunday Nehemiah Aso, who collected his nomination form at the APC State secretariat of the party in Kaduna on Tuesday, reinstated his commitments to initiate development in Kaura local government, by bringing his connection, experience and intellectual capacity to bear in that direction.
He also, pledged to improve on primary education, health and Security in the area if given the mandate.
Aso also commended the leadership of Governor Nasir el-Rufai and APC for providing an enabling environment for all the aspirants to canvass freely for the best and acceptable candidate to emerge the party flag bearer in all the elective positions in the forthcoming local government elections.
He said he would declare a state of emergency in the education sector, saying his administration would explore all necessary avenues to ensure that the less privileged have access to education and improve the security situation of the area.
Aso reitereted his determination to bring about the needed people oriented leadership that has eluded in Kaura and promised to initiate a scheme that will cater for his people and render support for indigent students Schooling at various tertiary institutions.
The hopeful aspirant who is known for his humane disposition to people generally promises that Kaura LG will become the envy of other LGAs if given the opportunity.
He promised that as a result of his deep concern for his people he will always be at their back and call which explains why he will be accessible as the era of people not been able to access their leaders will be gone as soon as he is elected.
He added that under his administration, residents of the area would have access to health care services, portable water without much stress.
