Hon. Andrew Mabin Promises Good Governance For People Of Jena’s LGA

As the Kaduna State 2021 Local Government Election move closer, an aspirant for the seat of Chairman Jema’a Local Government Council under the umbrella of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Honourable Andrew Mabin has promised to provide good governance to the people of the area if given the mandate.

Andrew Mabin made the promise in Godo Godo yesterday, while addressing Party Executives, members and numerous supporters in his unit, and the zone, at the occasion of his official declaration to vie for the party’s ticket for the seat of Chairman Jema’a local government in the forthcoming election.

Mabin said the action was not his first tme, owing to the fact that he has contested in the seat in the past and has the believe that the people will vote him now, as his experience as a grassroots politician and administrator will speak for him to the people in justifying that he is ready to serve them by giving them quality leadership that will take them to another level of development.

He appealed to the people of Godo Godo area and zone, to give him their unflinching support, promising not to fail them reminding them of the way he provided them with the face of quality leadership when he served as the Administrator Godo Godo Development area in the past.

The aspirant said that his aspiration is not a desperate venture, but an intention that was informed with a clear conscience of politics without bitterness and readiness to have a cordial relationship with all party members geared to enduring victory for the party at all levels.

Presenting the aspirant to the Party executives, and numerous supporters at the event, the Director General of Honourable Andrew Mabin Campaign Organization Honourable Zakka Makoshi urged the Party Executives, members, supporters and the people of Godo Godo to give their full support to the aspirant owing to the fact that he is an indigene of the area who has been tested and trusted.

Makoshi observed that among all those that have declared their intention to vie for the seat of Chairman Jema’a/Local Government Area, Andrew Mabin is the most credible owing to his track records.

He said the aspirant once served as an administrator Godo Godo Development Area, and has performed his official duties according to the yearnings and aspirations of the people, also been a man of good character and integrity, he has the believe that Andrew Mabin will take the people of Jema’a to greater heights.

In a keen address at the occasion, the All People Congress APC unit Chairman Godo Godo, Mallam Mohammed Danjuma stated that they have given their approval and blessings from the unit and the ward to the aspirant.

Mallam Danjuma added that in addition to their support, they would move to the zone and all the nooks and crannies of the Local Government to canvass for support geared to ensuring Andrew Mabin gets the mandate from the people to be the candidate of the Party at the forthcoming election.

In his address at the occasion, the Campaign Team Chairman of the Andrew Mabin Organization Alhaji Abdullahi Bako Zailani commended the Party executives, members and the people of Godo Godo for the warm reception accorded the aspirant and his team.

The gesture according to Alhaji Zailani was an indication that Andrew Mabin will get total support of the people of his unit and ward.

He told them to observe the caliber of people that have accompanied Andrew Mabin, and have the believe that he is the most credible candidate among all vieng for the seat of Chairman Jema’a local Government.

Also speaking, the spokesman of the Team Honourable Alhaji Yusuf Tanko Jema’a, (Baban Lere) lamented that Democracy has been practiced for some time in Nigeria, and it has advanced from one level to another, but u fortunately the people have not advanced with Democracy politically.

Baban Lere said, the love of money has made the people to put wrong candidates in office and leave credible ones aside.

It was against this backdrop that he make a passionate appeal to the people of Godo Godo to give Andrew Mabin their mandate and according to him, from all I indications he will not fail them.

He said ‘the other contestants are good, but Andrew Mabin is the best among them.” While reminding them of past politicians that make promises during electioneering, but after elections avoid the people, he assured that the aspirant is a man of good character, and will definitely operate an open door policy, and carry everyone along.
