The immediate past Commandant-General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) Abdullahi Gana Muhammadu, bags Best Achieved Retired Public Servant 2021 award.
Gana bagged the award at an event organised by the famously acclaimed Democracy Heroes Awards held on Friday, June 10, 2021 at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.
After leaving office in January 2021, Gana was laurelled alongside politicians, top government officials, entrepreneurs, business moguls and academicians.
He beats the likes of Professor Attahiru Jega, former Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) chairman, the immediate past Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu to clinched the award.
While dedicating this award to God for seeing him through his service to Nigeria at various capacities, Gana appreciates his family members, friends and well wishers for their unalloyed support.
