Former Vice President Namadi Sambo has commended ex-deputy Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Prof Dogara Matoh for authoring a book, “Fundamentals of Geoscience.”
Sambo, who was the Chairman of the occasion at the launch and presentation of the book, said it will contribute immensely to knowledge.
Represented by the former Director General (DG) of the National Emergency Sani Sidi, the former Vice President praised Professor Matoh for bringing what will bridge the gap between Geoscience and Social Sciences.
According to him Matoh is a man with multiple talents and authored a book that will bring about human development to the benefit of all people seeking for knowledge.
The book which seeks to bridge the gaps in modern science and Geosciences, Namadi said it will be useful to the country.
Sambo said Matoh is an astute and seasoned Administrator who was part of his cabinet member as the governor of Kaduna state.
“Matoh is a talent and a huge asset to our dear nation. I’m proud of his academic records and astuteness to have authored a book that will be an idea of development in the field of geoscience,” Sambo said.
The Senator Representing Kaduna Central and the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mallam Uba Sani, Wife of the former governor of Kaduna State, Amina Yakowa, House of Representatives member representing Lere Federal constituency, Hon Engr Mannir Ahmed, the Chief of Kudaru, His Royal Highness Yakubu Iliya Sauri, academic and non academic staffs of Kaduna State University (KASU) were at the book launch.
