Eid-el-Fitri:  Let’s Make Sacrifice To Live In Harmony, Says Rector 

 

Rector of Federal Polytechnic,  Ile-Oluji, Ondo State, Prof Emmanuel Adedayo Fasakin has called on Muslim Faithfuls and the entire Nigerians to make sacrifices.

 

According to the Rector, sacrifices to live in love and harmony is what Nigerians want at this time.  

 

In his Sallah message to the Muslim community in the institution, the Rector admonished the people of Ondo State in particular and Nigeria in general; on this year’s occasion of Eid-el-Fitri  which marks the end of Ramadan Fast.   

 

The Rector said: “Let me use this medium to rejoice and celebrate with our Muslim Community in  Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji ,Ondo State in particular, and Nigeria in general on this year’s occasion of Eid-el-Fitri which marks the end of Ramadan Fast.

 

“I admonish us to imbibe the spirit of love, oneness, sacrifice, commonness and peaceful co-existence as espoused by Prophet Mohammed (peace of Allah be upon him) as a demonstration of our faith to live together in harmony,” Rector Fasakin said while advising that  the joy of this year’s  festivities should rekindle the sense of brotherhood to “live-and- let-live for our Nation.”
