EFCC Arrests Man For Allege Forging Documents To Get Bail

The Kaduna Zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has arrested one Nuhu Musa for allegedly forging bail documents.

Musa was arrested recently for forging a Certificate of Occupancy to secure the bail of Bidemi Olorunlere, who ran into trouble for allegedly obtaining the sum of N5,700,000( Five Million Seven Hundred Naira only) by false pretences.

His criminal schemes fell flat when the Certificate of Occupancy he presented, was sent to Kaduna Geographical Information Service for verification and was found to be forged. He later confessed that he forged the document in order to secure the bail of Olorunlere.

The suspect would soon be charged to court
