I’m one of the first people–if not the first person–to publicize the fact that Buhari has dementia and other degenerative diseases of old age. Did anyone ever think Buhari’s minders would allow him to address the National Assembly about insecurity in the country and, in the process, willingly unmask his carefully managed mental deterioration?
Without prepared notes, which he increasingly finds difficult to read, Buhari can’t answer questions about what’s going on in the country. He can’t tell Boko Haram from IPOB, and has almost zero short-term memory. As I always say, Nigeria has no president.
