After spending few days in isolation after contracting Coronavirus, the President of Confederation of African Football ( CAF) Ahmad Ahmad has been released from the hospital after recovering from the virus, BSNSports.com.ng can reports .
The Africa Football supremo contracted the Covid-19 few days ago which led him to be isolated in an hospital in Egypt, where is received treatment and now back on his feet.
The reports late on Wednesday indicated that Ahmad has fully recovered from pandemic and his fit enough to be released from the hospital.
Ahmad before going into isolation declared his intention to contest again for the position of the president of the Africa soccer governing body .
It’s becoming obvious that Ahmad will to retain his position as 46 member associations of African football indicated their support to continue in the office. Though, some bigwigs in the continent have also showed interest in rescue the position from him.
The election is slated for March 2021.
