The National Assembly Service Commission (NASC) has called on Nigerians to apply the lessons learned from the Holy month of Ramadan.
According to the commission, the nation is going through trial times adding that only dedication is required from the staff and the citizens.
The chairman of NASC, Ahmed Kadi Amshi, stated the in a goodwill message on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el Fitri celebrations.
He said what is required from Nigerians are self discipline, love and piety.
“We have to apply self discipline, love and piety in the discharge of our duties and in relating with one another.
“At this very trying period of our nationhood, I enjoin all staff of the entire Service to continue to apply the lessons of Ramadan, which include: self discipline, love and piety in the discharge of our duties and in relating with one another,” Amshi stated.
