According to him his party, the APC has won Jema’a, Sanga, Kagarko, Kauru while Kachia was declared inconclusive but added that Zango Kataf will not be an exception as his party will win the election.
He said the ruling party won the election because of the tremendous projects ongoing in parts of Jema’a and other parts of Southern Kaduna region, adding insisting that with the coming of APC, the people should expect more projects across zone 3.
While commenting on the electronic voting, Bashir blamed the personnel that handled the machines for the hitches encountered.
“I cannot see how only one I.T personnel will be posted to a local government. The machines did not function well particularly those in the rural areas. How can one person move from Godogodo to Kagoma and at the same time move to Jagindi? It is impossible,” Bashir said of the hitches encountered during the polls.
He said the commission did it home work very well to make the electronic machines more effective.
