Accord Party Presidential Aspirant Announces Schorlarship For N20m Students

Accord Party presidential aspirant, Prof Chris Imumolen, has launched a Scholarship for 20 million Nigerian students in the University and Polytechnic to complete their study without any further payment.

It was gathered that million of students in Nigeria are delayed by the strike action embarked upon by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU),  as a result of the disagreement between the union and the government.

The schorlarship opportunity, it was gathered, will enable over 20 million Nigerian students to study via a digital learning system powered by International Universities.

“Students who are given the scholarship opportunity will not worry about lossing any semester as they shall start from where they stopped, all means of verification shall be deploy to ensure proper credit transfer. At the end of the programme the student shall obtain internationally accredited and recognised professional and degree qualification which will give them access to the global market,” Prof Imumolen said while announcing the schorlarship opportunity.

“When I was in the university, I find it difficult to buy a test book or even a shirt. There was a time I asked someone to borrow me his text book and hold on to my ID card for identification, but the person said Chris I don’t need your ID card, We know your shirt. I was so poor that I was on one shirt all through an academic session that it become an identity.

“There I promised God to provide scholarship to others if I am blessed. Today I have provided over 500,000 scholarship to Nigerians for professional and academic programme and I am ready to do more. I am fulfilling my promise to God,” Imumolen added.
