He described the meeting as fruitful, stressing that the reconciliation was necessary for the progress the party

“The outcome of today’s meeting is that, to the glory of God, we have been able to resolve the differences that have been causing our party some headache within the NWC.

“We thank God that we have been able to open up to ourselves and resolve to move on as a united NWC, which is what we needed for the progress of our party, the PDP,’’ he said.

Oyinlola, who refused to disclose what the issues were, said that the committee had resolved the crisis within the rank and file of the NWC.

Asked if the National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting would still hold on Thursday, Oyinlola said that was not part of the committee’s discussion.(NAN)
