The aftermath revealed a spectacle of flames, signifying successful hits on terrorists’ logistics.

Notably, 12 terrorists were neutralized, significantly hampering their capacity to target vulnerable areas and military personnel.

On January 6, the relentless pursuit of security led to targeted strikes 1.5Km Southwest of Tumbun Agiri in the Lake Chad region.

Intelligence had flagged gatherings of armed terrorists on vehicles and motorcycles, prompting decisive action.

The outcome was the destruction of vehicles, motorcycles, and the elimination of numerous terrorists, reinforcing the region’s safety.

During an air reconnaissance mission on January 2, NAF engaged opportunity targets at Tumbun Alura.

Three canoes loaded with suspected Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) were struck, resulting in a substantial explosion.

This strategic move disrupted potential terrorist plans involving illicit fuel transportation, showcasing NAF’s vigilance.

Continuing the offensive, successful strikes were executed at Tumbun Buwari and Sabon Tumbun, targeting terrorist structures within the Lake Chad region.

NAF’s precision and effectiveness underscored the commitment to eradicating extremist elements and safeguarding the region.
