In a shocking turn of events, the Nasarawa State Police Command has sprung into action, initiating an extensive search operation for the abductors responsible for the horrifying incident involving four young female students from Nasarawa State University, Keffi.

This heart-wrenching incident unfolded during the early hours of Tuesday morning when armed assailants stormed their off-campus residence located in Angwan Kare, a peaceful settlement near the university campus.

The perpetrators of this heinous crime struck at approximately 12:55 a.m., catching the victims off-guard and sending shockwaves through the entire community.

The Nasarawa Police spokesperson, DSP Ramhan Nansel, confirmed the distressing abduction, shedding light on the grave situation.

Nansel stated that the Nasarawa State Police Command received a frantic distress call during the early hours of Tuesday, reporting a violent incursion by armed individuals at a house in Angwan Kare.

The horrifying details began to unravel as authorities swiftly took action.

Despite the swift response by law enforcement and military personnel who combed the area in a courageous bid to rescue the abducted students, the culprits managed to evade capture.

However, this setback has only further fueled the determination of the authorities.

Rahila Hanya, hailing from the Science Laboratory Technology department, was focused on pursuing scientific excellence.
