Rep. Aminu Jaji, who represents Kaura Namoda/Birnin Magaji Federal Constituency and chairs the House Committee on Ecological Fund, congratulated Mr Shettima on his re-nomination in a statement issued in Gusau on Saturday.

The lawmaker characterised the Vice President’s re-emergence as a “milestone” that solidifies the APC’s prospects in the upcoming general elections.

“I congratulate Vice President Kashim Shettima and the entire APC family on his re-nomination as running mate to President Tinubu. This is a clear roadmap to victory for the party at all levels in the 2027 general elections,” Mr Jaji stated.

Expressing unwavering confidence in Mr Shettima’s suitability for a second term, the lawmaker emphasised that the President’s decision demonstrated faith in the Vice President’s loyalty, competence, experience, and substantial contributions to both the administration and the nation.

Mr Jaji, who leads the Jajiya Political Movement in Nigeria, confirmed that the political group has formally endorsed the Tinubu-Shettima ticket and expressed optimism that Nigerians would renew their confidence in the pair come 2027.
