A call has gone to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to appoint the former Vice Chancellor, University of Abuja, now Yakubu Gowon University, Professor Abdul Rasheed Na’Allah as Executive Secretary, Tertiary Institutions Fund , TETFUND for seamless handling of the Renewed Hope policies in the tertiary institutions.

The group according to the protem chairman , Abubakar Yusuf said appointing Professor Na’Allah will not only sanitize leadership situations in the tertiary institutions in Nigeria, but will mark another chapter in the Universities and Polytechics in the country.

He said the five year term of Professor Na’Allah in University of Abuja during COVID-19 and nationwide ASUU strike was momentary, eventful and deserve a worthy administrator like him.

Alot of development, grants and interventions took place during Professor Na’Allah in uni Abuja that was exemplary to other institutions and university administration.

Na’Allah carried out alot of reforms that affected the University administration, policies and students of the institution for five years.

He said his appointment will inject the Renewed Hope Agenda RHA program into the activities of tertiary institutions in the country.
